Wagging the dog is one of Ferdi B Dick’s dog series celebrating the life of the dog, depicting a dog crouching down while its tail wagging furiously in a motion trail frozen in time. The sculpture takes on the saying in politics Wag the dog – a dog is smarter than its tail, but if the tail were smarter, then it would wag the dog! So, is this dog wagging its tail, or is the tail wagging this dog!
