We ship all artworks in packaging designed for safe arrival. Larger metal sculptures get created in wooden boxes. Crystal sculptures have their own bespoke packaging for worldwide shipping.
Our wooden crates and reinforced cartons are built to take the knocks so your sculpture doesn’t have to. It’s completely normal for the outer packaging to pick up scuffs, dents, or other cosmetic marks during transit. The crate is there purely to protect the artwork while it travels—think of it as the sculpture’s suit of armour, not a display piece.
If your crate looks damaged on arrival, please:
- Photograph everything – the outer crate, inner packaging, and artwork—from multiple angles.
- Keep the packaging until we advise otherwise.

Each piece is a hand-made, limited-edition artwork—never mass-produced or 100 % machine-finished. Because of this artisanal process, you may notice slight surface variations or subtle tool marks. These features are normal, celebrate the artist’s hand, and are not considered defects.
We use FedEx, DHL, along with carefully chosen fine art shipping companies to ensure your work arrives in perfect condition.
International orders may be subject to customs taxes depending on your country’s tax structures. We cannot discount or reimburse these costs as these are payable by the buyer at arrival / delivery .
Shipping costs depend on the sculpture’s size, weight, and destination; they’re calculated before you pay and shown in your order total. Orders over USD 1,000 ship free. Shipping is free, but any local taxes and duties are not included and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
We declare shipments as limited edition artworks. The declared amount is what you had paid for the artwork. Unfortunately, we cannot mark shipments as gifts.
VAT, duties, and local taxes for the destination country are not included in the displayed price.
Yes, there are many galleries worldwide that showcase and stock a selection of our works.
We sell limited editions of artwork. This means we will only produce a certain number of works in a specific shape, size, or colour. Once a work is released, it is first-come, first-served, and it might sell out real quick. If you do not want to miss out, just register your interest and subscribe to the newsletter. We will drop you an email when the release is about to kick off.
All editioned sculptures have their edition number and signature engraved at the base. For prints and paintings, the edition number is written either on the front or back.

Pre-order indicates that the artwork is made on order. Expect an average production time of 40 days, as each piece is handmade with meticulous care. Pre-order items will be dispatched after a specific period, and Ferdi B Dick Pte. Ltd. will send you a delivery notification via email.
Delivery fees and taxes depend on your location and the type of work. Shipping cost is included in the displayed price at checkout. Standard orders are normally dispatched within 7 to 14 days, while pre-orders will be dispatched within 40 to 70 days. Each piece is shipped in a protective box or crate.
Duties, VAT, and other local taxes are charged upon delivery and are not included in the displayed price. The buyer is responsible for clearing these taxes at delivery.
While we aim for on-time delivery, it is not guaranteed. A third party will handle the shipment. Check the status using the tracking number in the delivery notification email on the courier service's official website. Ensure accurate delivery information to avoid delays.
