Running blind – Lion Bronze
The running blind lion is part of the running blind Big-5 series. The lion is running with his mane covering his eyes as it is overwhelmed by the urbanization of his natural environment he lives in. He is running away haphazardly from being hunted as a hunting trophy, and from the diminishing habitat he calls home as humankind encroaches into his space. The running blind series shows from the animal’s perspective emotions from the inside out, as these animals are unable to project their fear, happiness or anger. By these emotional and moving sculptural pieces, we hope that society is able to respect the land we are given, so that our ecosystem can remain balanced, thus avoiding extinction of endangered species.

How does an edition work
We sell limited editions of artwork. This means we will only produce a certain number of works in a specific shape, size, or colour. Once a work is released, it is first-come, first-served, and it might sell out real quick. If you do not want to miss out, just register your interest and subscribe to the newsletter. We will drop you an email when the release is about to kick off.
All editioned sculptures have their edition number and signature engraved at the base. For prints and paintings, the edition number is written either on the front or back.
