Cloud-Mane Horse
Cloud-Mane Horse began with a simple question: can air have weight. I took the classic rearing pose that we know from imperial portraits and pushed it toward lift and optimism. The mane swells into looping cumulus, a storm caught in a mane, and the body keeps its playful, rounded modules so the energy reads as rise rather than aggression. Stainless steel should not float, but this one tries.
The mirror skin recruits the room and the people in it. Stand near the piece and your reflection slides across the surface until you are part of the sculpture. Walk around it and the rhythms line up. Hoof answers shoulder. Tail answers mane. The curves rhyme until the figure feels like one continuous breath that is about to leave the plinth.
I like the paradox. Impermanence is fixed inside a material that is made to endure. Clouds shift and vanish. Steel holds. Between those two truths the work finds its charge. This 40 cm studio edition also acts as a study for a future public version that will let the actual sky become the light that activates it.

How does an edition work
We sell limited editions of artwork. This means we will only produce a certain number of works in a specific shape, size, or colour. Once a work is released, it is first-come, first-served, and it might sell out real quick. If you do not want to miss out, just register your interest and subscribe to the newsletter. We will drop you an email when the release is about to kick off.
All editioned sculptures have their edition number and signature engraved at the base. For prints and paintings, the edition number is written either on the front or back.
