Pangy Roar (Pangolin) (black marble)

“Pangy Roar” is a humanoid figure using a pangolin as an emotional avatar: the human is inside, and the animal armour is on the outside. This makes it clear that the pangolin is not the subject on its own. It is a protective “skin” the character wears.

Pangy Roar represents the moment when you pull back because the world feels too close. The pangolin is the perfect avatar for that, because its entire survival strategy is protection through armour
Across the Roar series, a “roar” is emotion performed outwardly. In this version, the roar is not loud or aggressive. It represents withdrawing to feel safe, using armour as a coping strategy.

The black marble changes the psychological feel compared to stainless steel. Instead of reflecting the viewer, the stone reads as solid and self-contained, which fits the idea of protection and retreat. Each piece is naturally unique because of the marble’s veining.

Standard orders are normally dispatched within 7 to 14 days, while pre-orders will be dispatched within 40 to 70 days. Each piece is shipped in a protective box or crate.

Duties, VAT, and other local taxes are charged upon delivery and are not included in the displayed price. The buyer is responsible for clearing these taxes at delivery.
